The aim of the campaign was to create a stronger bond between Toffifee and its customers. Customers were asked to design their own individual Toffifee packaging at the point of sale to create a unique brand experience and generate valuable customer data at the same time.
The idea was to create an interactive experience that would engage customers and make them part of the brand universe. UpReach created a customizable packaging design that created a connection to the Toffifee brand in a playful way.
Branded photo booths and print terminals were used to implement this idea. Customers could choose between different designs and were accompanied by UpReach's software from the selection to the printing of the final product. The integration of AI technologies for background removal enhanced the immersive experience and turned every Toffifee pack into a special gift.
