Audi's main goal was to provide visitors to the Audi Forum with an unforgettable experience. The photo booth not only served as an interactive element to enhance the customer experience, but also as a means to generate GDPR-compliant visitor data to support targeted marketing campaigns and newsletters.
The concept of photo booth was developed in close cooperation with the Audi Forum. Visitors were to have the opportunity to capture their personal Audi moment in the form of individual photos, GIFs or Boomerangs and to personalize them with individual filters, overlays and backgrounds. The aim was to create an individual memory for each visitor that was available both digitally and as a physical printout.
The photo booth in the Audi Forum was equipped with modern AI-based background release and a GDPR-compliant data query. Users had the option of printing out their recordings on site or having them sent to them digitally via email. Integration into the UpReach KPI dashboard enabled relevant visitor and buyer data to be recorded and evaluated in real time. This strategic measure enabled Audi not only to offer a unique customer experience, but also to collect valuable data for future marketing strategies.
