Goal

The main objective was to increase traffic in the Sephora stores and generate qualified leads. Gamification was used to motivate users to visit the stores, participate in the promotion and sign up for the Sephora newsletter. The collection of user data made it possible to provide the prizes and deepen communication with customers.

Idea

The idea was to develop a creative gamification that would encourage users to visit the Sephora stores and engage with the brand. In addition to the mobile application, which was distributed via social media, digital steles were also set up in some stores where users could play the "Catch and Win" gamification.

Implementation

Users were able to play the game, collect points and redeem their winnings directly in the store. This additional implementation further increased interaction with the brand and increased customer motivation to visit the stores and take part in the promotion. The collection of user data and the option to sign up for the Sephora newsletter were integrated into both implementations to generate relevant leads.
