Elmex's main objective was to draw attention to their elmex sensitive product range and at the same time make new customer contacts. By being present at a major dental event such as IDS, they wanted to strengthen their brand presence and encourage visitor engagement through interactive elements.
The idea behind the use of photo booth was to offer visitors an entertaining and interactive experience that puts the elmex brand in the spotlight. The photo booth offered various shooting modes such as single photos, boomerangs or GIFs and was completely designed in the elmex brand design. The dental mobile served as an attractive backdrop and reinforced the brand experience.
When implementing the concept, the photo booth and the dental mobile were designed to fit seamlessly into the overall Elmex concept. From the standby screen to the individual control elements, everything was implemented in the elmex brand design. The integrated data query form enabled Elmex to collect important visitor data in accordance with the GDPR. This data was then analyzed via the UpReach KPI Dashboard in the UpReach Cloud, which enabled Elmex to obtain relevant data and carry out targeted newsletters and marketing campaigns. This also allowed Elmex to benefit from the collected data in the long term.
