The aim of Rituals' campaigns was to promote new products and generate leads to increase sales both in their physical stores and online.
The idea was to offer customers a unique experience through various photo options such as individual photos, GIFs and boomerangs as well as the option to personalize with filters and backgrounds. In addition, customers were to be motivated to subscribe to the newsletter through GDPR-compliant data collection.
In the practical implementation, customers were able to print out their pictures directly or receive them digitally by email. On the back of the photo booth Duo, they could find out about new Rituals products on an additional screen and sign up for the newsletter. Further incentives were created by raffling off shopping vouchers among participants. This strategy led to effective brand interaction, increased in-store traffic and generated relevant leads for future marketing campaigns.
