The primary goal was to increase Microsoft's brand presence at the trade fairs and generate qualified leads for future marketing initiatives. Special focus was placed on motivating visitors through incentives such as newsletter sign-ups, discounts and earlier access to new products.
The central idea was to offer trade fair visitors an interactive and personalized experience through the use of an AI-based background release. By having themselves photographed in front of various Microsoft-related backgrounds, they were able to create unique and individual photos that could be shared digitally as well as taken away physically.
Implementation: The UpReach Classic photo booth was used at various trade fairs. This was specifically tailored to the Microsoft brand, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the different worlds of Microsoft. The integrated data query form allowed leads to be collected effectively, while Microsoft used the UpReach KPI Dashboard to monitor campaign performance in real time and use relevant metrics to optimize future marketing strategies.
