They could take selfies on their smartphones via the web-based application and personalize them with various filters and METRO-branded stickers. The result was a constantly updating mosaic that showed the latest photos of employees, creating a vibrant picture of the METRO community.
After taking their photo, employees could add various overlays with METRO branding and have the image sent to them by email. The live mosaic, which constantly displayed the latest shots, offered an exciting opportunity to discover their own contributions. In addition, the GDPR-compliant data query offered the option to sign up for the METRO newsletter to stay informed at all times. With this creative online campaign, METRO was able to generate valuable leads while promoting employee engagement in an entertaining and innovative way.
