Hertha BSC's aim was to offer fans a unique and memorable experience. The focus was to strengthen fan loyalty by creating an interactive experience that was both entertaining and memorable. Additionally, the project aimed to generate relevant customer data to attract new leads and potential newsletter subscribers.
In close cooperation with Hertha BSC, we developed a concept for photo booth that was specially tailored to the needs and wishes of the fans. The idea was to give visitors to the Hertha fan store the opportunity to take photos of themselves with friends, family or alone and to take these photos home as personalized autograph cards and souvenirs. To perfect the experience, a backdrop in the Hertha brand design was also provided.
The implementation of the project included the placement of a customized, branded photo booth in the Hertha fan store. We took care of the design and installation of an appealing backdrop that reflected the Hertha brand design and integrated the photo booth harmoniously into this environment. Furthermore, we took over the design of all graphic elements, from the photo booth to the follow-up email, to ensure a consistent brand experience. A GDPR-compliant data query form was implemented to collect relevant customer data after the photo was taken. This holistic approach to the project allowed Hertha BSC to fully focus on their core business while we created an unforgettable experience for the fans.
