The aim of the employer branding campaign was to connect employees from all over the world, strengthen the shared vision of Allianz Global Investors and create unforgettable memories. The aim was to communicate the corporate values in a playful and visually appealing way and to bring employees closer to the core of the brand in an innovative way.
To achieve this, Allianz Global Investors used Virtual Booth's advanced artificial intelligence background sharing to create different brand-specific worlds. This allowed employees to choose from a variety of background motifs and customize their personal brand experience. Various filters and stickers provided the necessary fun factor.
During the campaign, a live mosaic was provided via stream, which was filled with the participants' recordings in real time. This allowed the entire workforce to follow the creation of a live artwork where each participant became part of the brand world. The mosaic could be downloaded by employees to serve as a lasting memory of the day. With the participation of 2900 employees across 28 different locations, Allianz Global Investors was able to unite the globally distributed locations and successfully celebrate International Purpose Day.
